Right front Compare these two heel hights (left and right) and remember that you are never alowed to trim hard sole only hoof wall.

Left front This pony has been trimmed with an interval of between 3 and 4 weeks. I would have prefered it to be between 2 and 3 weeks to get out of the terrible state faster. The changes did go slow to start with because he could hardly move at all but as soon as he started to move around the healing picked up speed. The little pony has been better and better after every trim and moves around fairly okay now.        
 

Left column:

Ugly hooves and severe muscular problems. Stiff walk, no other gaits.
Stands on his hind legs as soon as you try to lift the front hooves forward because of severe cramps in the breast muscles.

Mid column:

Much happier pony. Three gaits but still a little stiff in the left side.
